Lara Yacoub

Lara is originally half-Syrian and half-Egyptian, but grew up in Mexico City and Calgary, AB. She moved to Vancouver in 2019 to complete a B.A. in International Relations at the University of British Columbia. She is particularly interested in social justice and human rights, and hopes to pursue a career in law. In her free time, Lara enjoys reading a good book, listening to podcasts, and scouting out new restaurants.
