This is a very special week because Spheres of Influence is officially three years old!
As we reflect on what happened over the past three years, we can’t help but be filled with gratitude for the incredible journey we’ve embarked on. It’s been three years of growth, perseverance, and, most importantly, a commitment to delivering insightful coverage of critical and underreported issues in global affairs.
We’ve published more than 470 articles, each one a testament to our unwavering dedication to bringing you the latest and most relevant perspectives on global issues. But we didn’t stop at just writing. We also have hosted 4 big events and 6 workshops. These gatherings allowed us to foster important conversations and further learn how to effectively report on human rights, social justice, and climate change issues.
And in our commitment to analyzing and unpacking global affairs issues in an engaging and accessible way, we’ve been using AI tools to cerate maps for our news articles and convert them into audio format so that readers can dive into our content while studying, exercising, or engaging in their daily pursuits.
None of this would have been possible without our incredible team. We’re proud to say that we’ve worked alongside more than 100 passionate volunteers from across the globe, united by a shared vision of unpacking complex global affairs issues and amplifying marginalized voices.
As we celebrate our third anniversary, we want to express our heartfelt thanks to our readers, members, and volunteers. Your support and dedication have been the driving force behind our continued success.
Looking ahead, we are excited to continue our journey, with some exciting things in the works which we can’t wait to tell you about. But as a youth-led non-profit, we still rely on your support and generous donations, so please help us stay afloat and continue our mission.
Happy third anniversary to Spheres of Influence, and for more years of success and growth to come.
Will you send us a birthday present to help us kick off our fourth journey around the sun? Support us here!
Sincerely,
Osama Alshantti
